This equipment is a unique production line for aluminum alloy hard anodizing processing under normal temperature;

When applying sulfuric acid method under the temperature range of 10 ～ 15 ℃, the hardness of the resulting film is high, and the wear resistance is better than that from the traditional method under 0 ℃;

After oxidation, the film can reach a thickness above 50μm and hardness higher than 500HV;

Compared with the existing low temperature hard anodizing, this process has less energy consumption and more straightforward operation;

The formula technology used is more applicable than the oxalic acid method. The technology is more stable, with convenient processes, and lower costs;

Manual lines, semi-automated lines, and fully automatic lines are all available.
