Chromium-free Electrochemical Polishing Reagent for Aluminum Alloy

MIR EP-AL-NCr Chromium-free Electrochemical Polishing Reagent for Aluminum Alloy is based on liquids such as phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, and it is supplemented by a compound of brighteners, corrosion inhibitors, thickeners, and others. It does not contain chromium or other heavy metals, and has low environmental hazards and can reduce three waste equipment investments and wastewater treatment expenses.
The agent has little corrosion to aluminum and is suitable for automatic production lines of aluminum or other products. If the electropolishing tank and process parameters are well controlled, the mirror brightness can be stably achieved. The tank temperature is about 75℃, which saves energy compared with high-temperature electropolishing. It can pass RoHS certification and has been proved to be effective in production, and therefore, it is well received by users.
 

Applying the reagent in conjunction with the company's aluminum alloy electrochemical polishing equipment is recommended for better results.
