High Silicon Die-cast Aluminum Oxidizing Additive

MIR OA-CAL-402 High Silicon Die-cast Aluminum Oxidizing Additive is used for the anodizing of high-silicon die-cast aluminum. It solves the problem that high-silicon die-cast aluminum cannot be anodized with traditional methods. After anodization, the film layer can be dyed into different colors.
The workpiece can be anodized in a wide temperature range of 10～20℃. The dyed film is hard, has excellent abrasion resistance, excellent salt spray corrosion resistance, and sunlight resistance (UV resistance). The film's abrasion resistance will be further improved, the friction coefficient will be greatly reduced, and the service life will be longer with appropriate post-processing.

The formula is chromium-free and does not contain heavy metals, and has comprehensive applications, stable process, convenient operations, and low processing cost.
