Room Temperature Hard Oxidizing Additive

MIR HOA-AL-401 Room Temperature Hard Oxidizing Additive is used for aluminum alloy sulfuric acid room temperature hard oxidizing. It can be used within the temperature range of 10-15℃. The film obtained from the treatment has high hardness and abrasion resistance and is better than the film generated from the traditional method at 0℃. The film's thickness is greater than 50μm, and the oxide film's hardness is greater than 500HV.

The agent is chromium-free and does not contain heavy metals, and can be applied directly. Compared with the existing Low-Temperature hard anodizing, the process has lower energy consumption and simpler operations; compared with the oxalic acid method, it has broader applications, more stable process, more convenient operations, and lower processing cost.
