Nickel-free, Acid and Alkali Resistant Sealing Reagent

MIR SR-NNi-518 Nickel-free, Acid and Alkali Resistant Sealing Agent is mainly used in anodizing sealing requires high acid and alkali resistant. It can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance of aluminum/aluminum alloy. Especially when using in conjunction with MIR SA-NNi-806, it can significantly improve the alkali resistance of aluminum/aluminum alloy anodizing.
The product does not contain heavy metals, eliminating the heavy metal problems from wastewater treatment and the green surface phenomenon caused by the oxide film’s absorption of the nickel salt during the sealing since the tank solution is colorless. The product is also suitable for sealing transparent film, dyed film, and electrolytic colored oxide film.

The product can pass the PH1 acid resistance test and PH13.5 alkali resistance test; stain test 0 level; heat test at 100 ℃ for 1 hour with no cracking, and other tests.
