Chemical Passivating Reagent for Stainless Iron

MIR CP-SI-NCr Chemical Passivating Reagent for Stainless Iron is based on nitric acid, and it is supplemented by compound acidic corrosion inhibitors, brighteners, and high-efficiency penetrants. It can be applied to comprehensive cleaning and passivation on stainless iron, and can effectively improve the salt spray resistance of stainless iron parts; the original color and size of the stainless iron will not be damaged after the treatment, and the original effect of wiredrawing, sandblasting, shot blasting will not be affected, especially for mirror-bright stainless iron; it is suitable for the passivation treatment on 400 series martensitic stainless iron: 410, 420, 430, and others. 

Typically, the product can be operated at 30°C, and if it is heated, the passivation effect and efficiency will increase; tests show that the neutral salt spray test on 430 can exceed 96h after using the product.
